Are engine gasket sets still available? If so, at what point is it better to buy the set than order the individual gaskets and seals?
thanks

gasket sets are available BUT valve $eal$
From honda, the "A" set for the cylinders/ top end is $411.00.
the "B" set for he crankcase is $83.00"
problem with the "A" set - Honda valve seals are $9.19! each. That's $220.56, plus 15% tax = forget it.
Aftermarket for me!
The aftermarket head and base gaskets are about 25% cheaper.
I will be investigating what I need versus the "B" set. One nos. set sold recently on ebay, the photo showed the plastic wrap yellowing from the seal oil, which takes a little while, meaning that they could be old and hardening. The cost plus shipping, tax and duty would have been more than the $83.00 dealer price.
