I just did two Delkevic 6-2 installs and even doing it on my own, it wasnt very difficult. I left the centre pipe loose, stuck the footpeg bolt through the peg mount and put the nut on just a few turns, greased the copper exhaust rings and methodically installed the split sleeves carefully to ensure there wasnt any overlap of the sleeves and she all went well.

So I thought I would update my post about the Delkevic 6-2 install on my bike. I initially reported on my first install with brand new pipes and the difficulty I had with the left side exhaust. The right side was easy but the left side was a beast.
So this winter I decided to have the carbs re built and pulled the exhaust to tilt the engine. Yesterday after installing my carbs and lifting the engine I re-installed the exhaust. Guess what; both the right and left side went on with no issues. Go figure.
