Hi, I want to replace the clutch springs on my CBX 1000A, the set received are "Honda original" but have yellow paint on the end of each spring coil. I'm not aware at there is an orientation requirement, but maybe the colour indicates the "strength"
Any insight appreciated before I install.
Thanks
Karl

Just make sure you reassemble the spring holder with the shouldered bolts in the correct bosses on the pressure plate.

And DON'T over tighten them or they will snap like twigs. Ask me how I know.
