Can anyone tell me the suggested thickness of the thrust washer behind the generator clutch?

Alternator washer thickness
You're in the wrong area. Answers to your question is in the electrical section under alternator., but here are the numbers anyway. The plastic washer is 2 mm thick, the metal washer is 1/5 mm thinck and the spring free length is about 29.5mm
