Hi,
I have a tims replacement alternator which is leaking oil from the bottom of the alternator cover.
I have seen a topic with pictures on this subject, but I have searched and I can not find it,
The spigot is in the end of the shaft ok, there is rubber seal on the alternator casing which seem ok,
When I remove the alternator there is a pool of oil in the bottom of the engine casing, and this is were it drips from.
Any ideas on how to fix it.

Thanks
Neil

I couldn't find it either Neil but there was/is a thread from paullavery on CBXWorld with some similarities.
An older one from Ray as well.

found this on the cbxworld site.
mine is all correct with the guard etc.
so i guess it must be the rubber seal that goes between the engine case and the alternator.
this is the link hope it works.
