This is for an 82 Prolink.
OK guys for the life of me, I cannot figure where this green wire gets attached.
It is a female blade connector.
The green wire is right behind the rear brake fluid reservoir and the starter solenoid.
There other two other wires nearby which are for the turn signal relay, but only two wires go into the turn signal relay.
To what does this attach to.

Correct, its a disused ground.
