There just aren't any. DG is junk, Delkevic not much better. Unless you want to spend a fortune on a basically custom-build one. Your best hope is to find an old D&D or Bassani. They are around.

I'm working on one .As soon as I can get out of the hospital I'll pick up where I left off. It will resemble
the D&D but with this more efficient collector. However $$$$.....

Ted, That certainly appears to be a D&D and they work pretty well. I put a set on my Martin for everyday use.
Best,
Phil

The JB Power Bito 6 - 1 is beautiful. I gather there is a "low" install that works with stock frame and the "up" install that requires purchase of rearset mounts and new rear brake master. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this pipe...will it work with stock carburation?

I can’t answer your questions but I do recall that a guy was offering a set of those on one of the Facebook groups for sale, for north of $2K as I recall. As I recall, he said the entire system weighed something under 10 lbs!

Mine went very lean with these DG headers and a Kerker can. Excellent sound.

Very nice...kerker looks great. Not a big fan of the DG headers but they seem to be the only ones that allow you to keep the center stand...Thanks for the responses everyone!

Re: 2024 6 into 1 options?
Besides header tube Dia. there's another reason the D&D pipe works well is the header tube lengths.
The stock sys. distinctively has 3 different lengths and are relatively short in comparison the most all other
systems. Note the stock sys. no. 1 and 6 are far shorter than no. 3 and 4. The short tubes make more
top end power and longer tubes help low end and midrange power.
When I began working on the collector design I asked the guy doing the fabrication about the different
tube lengths and he said that some of the NASCAR guys used that design to broaden the power band by
using (in pairs) different tube lengths. Later I read an article about Honda using that to broaden the
power band of the in line 6 cyl. motors, namely the RC166.
Recently I was talking with Dave Rash (founder of D&D) after showing him my collector design and he
emphasized making the header tubes between 28" and 32" but didn't disagree with the 3 tube length
idea. His 6-1 holds true to that concept except he has the shorter tubes on 3 and 4 cyls. and the longer
tubes on 1 and 6.
What's different from the Honda design is that the stock sys. has the short tubes on the cyls. with the
long IN. ports and the long tubes on the short IN. ports. However I don't know how much of a factor the port
length is because the RC166 has all straight IN. ports (no V shaped bank of carbs) but still uses the stagger
length header tubes. So, there's more to it than routing convenience when it comes to tube lengths.
I don't believe you can retain the center stand with the D&D but you won't ever drag or hit the sys.
when cornering.
I asked him if he still had the jig for the CBX pipe and he said it got thrown out long ago.
You can't really see it in the D&D collector but it is essentially a 6-3-1.

Re: 2024 6 into 1 options?
Wastes a lot of center ground clearance, inefficient collector and ignores tube lengths
but nice piece. $ ?
