Allot of newbies have been asking about how to's on cleaning their carbs, here are a couple pics of a CBX carb body that has been cross sectioned, it gives you an idea of where the passages are.

That's a great pic..... even shows the accelerator nozzle I'm trying to get to in order to blow carb cleaner in the reverse direction.....seems it's clogged.

Any suggestions ?

Good news!!! Searching the archives..... damn they are done nicely (great work Nils)...... several members said just 100 psi blast of air into the check-vavle port exposed when the accelerator pump is removed.....will clear the individual squirter passages in all the carbs...... well it sure works and saved me a ton of trouble trying to figure out a way to get to each squirter nozzel that's pointed in the wrong direction from where you can reach it.

Life is good

One final pump check to make sure they all squirt and on they go.
