I am putting rings in my 80 and was wandering when I put this back together should I put gasket sealer on all the gaskets? O r should I just put my new gaskets on dry? Head gasket too? thanks in advance :text-feedback:

Pretty much the rule is install new gaskets dry. Exceptions are noted in the service manual.

Aris:

Don't really know other than its an old trick from way back when gaskets didn't seal all that well. I've never had any problem with head gaskets, either Honda or aftermarket. Probably doesn't hurt anything, but not necessary.

I would be inclined to agree with Mike.
I never felt the need to have to add anything more to these expensive gaskets. And never had a problem :handgestures-fingerscrossed:
Now don't we all looooove our aerosol cans and looooove giving them magical 'fix it all' qualities they might not possess in the first place? :D
