79z clutch change over to prolink

Is there any special issues with the pulser and timing issues that I need to be concerned with when I change the clutch over? Do I need a new RH side cover gasket or can the original be reused? I have the Honda manual and the special 6 point socket. I have looked on earlier posts on this change over and issues with the pulser are not mentioned. Thank you.
